Elavon euroConex Technologies Ltd is the European affiliate of NOVA Information Systems (NOVA) and a wholly owned subsidiary of US Bank (USB). We provide integrated payment processing services to financial institutions and merchants in more than 20 European countries using a multicurrency platform. In addition to point of sale, international point of sale and e-commerce solutions, euroConex also provides a range of specialist multi-currency products including Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) and Tax Free.
Elavon EuroConex was established 7 years ago in the UK and during this time has developed extensive knowledge and unique skills in merchant acquiring. We are in a strong position as a specialist acquirer-only, thereby we are able to deliver greater flexibility and focus on our Merchants needs. In addition, having grown from a fresh start to a significant European market player, we have established ourselves as experts in meeting the requirements expected by dynamic businesses from a modern acquirer.
Following the acquisitions of the Alliance & Leicester and Citibank Card Acceptance (CCA) portfolios, Elavon euroConex are currently one of the top 4 European Payment Processors. This includes our presence in Portugal, through our existing alliance with Santander.

Elavon euroConex currently processes transactions in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Norway and the Netherlands. EuroConex also have longer term plans to expand into Asia Pacific.
Infrastructure capability
Our processing platform was designed with built in capacity to support 5-year growth projections. The authorisation times that are achieved with this are excellent with average response times being largely dependent upon the telecoms infrastructure used by the Customer. However our average response from the card schemes is less than 1 second for the majority of card schemes.

A unique, dynamic web based service that Elavon euroConex offers allowing Merchants the opportunity to view their accounts on a daily basis via our online Merchant account service
Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC)
Elavon euroConex has a vast wealth of expertise with Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). We are the leading compliant provider of DCC in the markets in which we operate. DCC provides Merchants with a value added service by offering their overseas Customers the ability to pay for their goods and services in their own domestic currency. DCC has the additional benefit of generating a new revenue stream for Merchants by sharing the foreign exchange commission, which is applied to overseas transactions.

- Joining Fee waived from £150.00
- Terminals are from £13.00 per month
- Terminals have the capability to offer overseas customers payment in their own currency - Business receives 1% back from the transaction
