Calling All Food Producers
Taste North East, the North East England food and drink group, is calling all food and drink producers - whether primary or secondary producers - to take part in a region-wide online survey.
The particular aims of the survey, which is filled in via a web page and should take no more than five minutes, are to map local food and drink producers and to better understand how produce is sourced and provided. It is hoped that the survey will help identify sustainable routes to market, improve access for potential customers and improve logistics and supply chains.
