Why not try creating gift-purchase options or do some local promotions? Experiment with sending e-Cards or personalised postcards. Or simply give your menu a seasonal face lift with some mulled wine laced with Alnwick rum or some Lindisfarne Oysters wrapped and grilled with local bacon.

This Tourism Marketing Plan for North East England, has been prepared in consultation with tourism partners across the region.
