VisitBritain has teamed up with Findsyou.com - the first online 'find engine' - to allow accommodation seekers to post a 'wanted' advert on the VisitBritain website, outlining exactly what they are looking for.
The search engine then matches the request with suitable accommodation providers who are then able to contact the user directly.
This way, specific accommodation can be matched perfectly to visitors' needs from the vast choice available on the VisitBritain site.
For the first six months, accommodation providers are being offered the service completely free of charge.
So, if you are a quality-assessed hotel, guesthouse or self-catering accommodation, register now on findsyou.com to be part of the scheme.
FindsYou.com CEO Guy Walker says: "For accommodation seekers in the UK, we expect it to be a major success, as it's simple, eliminates the leg-work of timely searches and delivers results quickly".
