This scheme helps employers overcome work-based obstacles to employing people with disabilities. Grants and advice are available for a wide variety of uses: employing a communicator to help overcome communication barriers at the initial interview, adapting premises, purchasing assistive technologies or devices, help with costs of travel etc. If a project costs less than £300 then no funding is available. For projects costing £300 - £10,000 80% is available. For projects costing over £10,000 100% is available.
Disabled employees and their employers can apply for grants under this scheme.
