This programme provides a maximum of £2,000 for a person, aged over 18, who has suffered a period of homelessness and is now trying to move towards financial independence through work or vocational training. The grant can be used for clothes, books, transport, rent etc and is available to those who are alcohol and drug free, have been working with a support worker, are single and are unemployed or under-employed (£15,000 pa or less).
