Grants of up to £5,000 may be available to businesses starting up in Wallsend town centre. Grants can be used for up to 50% of eligible costs (you must find the other 50%). Grants can be used for improvements to commercial purposes, compliance with the disability discrimination act and projects which embrace the principles of renewable energy and sustainable construction, e.g. wind turbines, solar panels.
