Free Website and Email Workshop for Tees Valley Tourism Businesses
A new series of workshops aims to improve the website and email skills of tourism businesses.
The first, on 26th August at Wynard Rooms, Billingham between 11am and 4pm, has a two part focus:
- how to use email better, especially to boost sales and improve customer perceptions of your business
- how to present your website so that it conveys the best image of your business to the right customers
The workshops are very practical and aimed at complete or near beginners. Later workshops will build skills for more intermediate users.
