New Article: Electronic Performance Certificates and Air Conditioning Inspections
As from 1st October 2008 all domestic and non-domestic buildings will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when they are built or offered for sale or rent.
In addition all air conditioning systems of more than 12kw output will require an inspection at least once every five years.
