Tourism Skills Brokers
This is a free, publicly funded service delivered through Business Link.
In the North East we are exceptionally fortunate to have five Tourism Skills Brokers - advisors on all matters to do with training, skills and development. These tourism specialists help to identify, meet and fund the training and development needs of businesses that draw their customers chiefly from the visitor and leisure economy.
No matter what size your business is, whether you are enquiring for your own learning and development needs or those of your staff, the Tourism Skills Brokers will help you:
- Identify where you want your business to go - your objectives
- Analyse your existing capabilities and skills
- Identify your training needs
- Find training providers and courses
- Find out what grants or funding may be available
