A pioneering research centre into the Experience Economy is being launched by the University of Sunderland's Business School on Wednesday, 24 February.
The Centre for Research into the Experience Economy will be the first in the UK to provide a high profile global focus for research into the increasingly important area of the visitor and customer 'experience' in the 21st century.
One North East's Chris Little will talk at the launch event about the North East's image campaign 'Passionate People Passionate Places' and how it ties in to the whole visitor experience of the North East.
Director of the new Centre for Research, Professor Kevin Hannam, said: "Compelling experiences are being developed and marketed to create the elusive added value that underpins customer loyalty".
Remind yourself of the region's marketing opportunties that will help promote your visitor experience.
