
Desti.ne Frontdesk normally retails for £495.00 plus VAT, however One NorthEast is fully subsidising this cost (including installation and training) for businesses who are registered with Tourism Network North East and, in the case of accommodation providers, have a current quality assessment rating provided by VisitBritain and/or the AA.
Businesses can use Desti.ne Frontdesk to manage telephone, e-mail, letter, fax, and in-person bookings at no charge.
The only charges for using Desti.ne Frontdesk relate to online bookings. For all online bookings the following charges apply:
- commission (typically around 10% of the full booked value but this varies between distribution channels)
- £0.72p per transaction Fraud Screening Charge
To offer online bookings, you must have an online merchant account. You can organise your own merchant account via your bank, or, eviivo has negotiated preferential rates with Streamline.
We strongly recommend you have your own online merchant account to ensure that payments are transferred to your bank account. However, eviivo offer to take online payments on your behalf through an interim merchant account but payments will only be transferred to your bank account at the end of the month during which the stay occurred.
