Online Merchant Account

To offer online bookings, you must have your own online merchant account. You can organise an online merchant account through your bank, or, eviivo has negotiated preferential rates with Streamline.

We strongly recommend that you begin the set up of your own Online Merchant Account as soon as deciding upon taking up Desti.ne Frontdesk as the process can take up to six weeks.

Having your own online merchant account means improved cash-flow - monies are paid directly into your bank account two to three days after the transaction.

eviivo has negotiated a special discounted online card processing rate for Desti.ne Frontdesk users with Steamline.

All rates detailed above are for transactions processed by 3D secure.

Interim Merchant Account

For a short period of time, eviivo offer to take online payments on your behalf through an Interim Merchant Account. However, these payments are not automatically transferred to your bank account but transferred to you the month after the stay occurred.

This means that the payment for a booking made in February for a stay in August will not be transferred to you until September.
