2500 face to face interviews took place in 40 locations around the North East gathering information on visitor profiles, expenditure, satisfaction and their movements around the region. Expenditure figures taken from this survey were used in the production of the regional STEAM reports.
In order to look at the differences between the sub regions 5 reports have been produced, 1 for each sub region and an overall regional report.
