Regional Occupancy Surveys
The regional accommodation occupancy survey is carried out on behalf of the Regional Tourism Team by Lynn Jones Research, who are based in Edinburgh.
The new improved occupancy survey is made up of serviced and self catering businesses from across the North East and allows us to measure the performance of the accommodation sector on a more timely basis.
The survey also provides participating hotels with the ability to carry out forecasting as well as produce revenue data.
